Terms of Delivery

Delivery time is usually estimated at 1–3 working days, subject to courier efficiency.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery may be affected during peak seasons, festive periods, double-digit sale days, courier operation delays or long holidays.

Tracking information is provided based on courier updates. NFE will assist customers where possible, but final delivery operation is handled by the courier company.
